Qualifications
The Private Equity Finance practice group is seeking a highly qualified junior or mid-level associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in leveraged finance to join our associate class. Borrower side representation is preferred, but candidates with lender-side experience are encouraged to apply. Our clients are private equity sponsors and public companies, and our group handles a high volume of large cap/top tier cross border transactions.
Associate Base Salary
Discretionary bonuses may be available depending on application circumstances and position.
