The Corporate and Fund Finance Group seeks an associate with 4 or more years of experience representing borrowers, sponsors, arrangers and lenders in financing transactions, with an emphasis on sponsor acquisition financings, fund financing, workouts and/or debtor in possession financings; experience negotiating and drafting loan agreements, security agreements, guaranties, control agreements, intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements; and experience in negotiating, documenting and closing financing transactions. The Group has extensive experience in transactional lending and represents a diverse group of clients on all types of financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance and fund finance.
This position will require some physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a weekly basis. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
