The New York office of Proskauer is looking for a corporate M&A associate (class years 2018-2019) with transaction experience working in a sophisticated M&A practice. High level of academic achievement, substantial deal experience, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required. The candidate must have experience drafting primary and ancillary transaction documents, and a solid understanding of general corporate representations.
This position will require some physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a weekly basis. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
