The Capital Markets group seeks an associate with 4-6 years of experience (Class of 2018 to 2020) to join the Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with advising public companies with SEC reporting obligations and corporate governance best practices, as well as experience representing issuers and underwriters and sponsors in registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings. Familiarity with leveraged and investment grade covenant structures is beneficial, but not required.
This position will require some physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a weekly basis. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
