Who You Are
- You are a high performer with 5 – 6 years of experience in the formation and operation of private funds including private equity funds, leveraged buyout funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, mezzanine debt funds, real estate opportunity funds as well as other types of limited partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures.
- You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
- You have a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills.
- You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Annual Salary Range: $365,000 to $390,000
