Who You Are
You are a high performer with 7+ years of experience in the formation and operation of private funds (e.g., private equity, venture capital, credit, fund of funds and/or real estate funds), related investment vehicles such as co-investment vehicles, continuation funds and other secondary transactions and GP stakes transactions.
You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
You have a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills.
You are admitted to the applicable office state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
