Goodwin welcomes applications from select federal district and appellate court (see noted courts listed below) law clerks eager to work in a collaborative environment on high-stakes litigation matters following the conclusion of their clerkships, including government investigations and enforcement matters, and complex civil litigation.
Goodwin's New York office is only accepting applications for this role from judicial clerks in S.D.N.Y., E.D.N.Y., an Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit.
Goodwin is also open to reviewing applications from judicial clerks in D. Ma., D.D.C., any California Federal District Court, and U.S. Supreme Court for the applicable local offices.
Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
