The position will have the opportunity to represent financial technology innovators and work exclusively in fintech and financial services, representing startups and founder-led companies across all stages, from pre-formation to capital markets.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
The ability to think creatively and with nuance to solve problems and develop strategies for clients while working solidly within applicable regulation.
Strong writing skills, particularly when expressing complex ideas and analyses. The position may involve drafting memos, contracts, risk disclosures, alerts, and other types of documents.
A focus on fintech companies.
Energy to help build a growing practice.
1-3 years’ experience, particularly as it relates to payments products/services and banking.
New York location. Hybrid work schedule is the norm. Currently must be in the office at least two days a week. Candidates must have the flexibility to potentially come in more frequently.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $225,000 – $260,000, based on year classification.
Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
