Senior Counsel, Commercial Litigation

We have an immediate opening in our Los Angeles, Oakland, or virtual office, The Link, for a Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel with a minimum of ten years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients. Experience in both state and federal court is preferred, and experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial.

Candidates should reside in California and have an active California bar license. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.  The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and much more. Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this is $225,000 to $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. EOE
