Meet Our Expert Coaches
Jessica R. Natkin, JD
has over 20 years of experience in lawyer career development and has coached hundreds of lawyers in Big Law and beyond. Jessica is highly motivated to help people find a way to work that fits their life and values. She is known nationally for her expertise in lawyer career coaching and work/life integration through customized work schedules. Jessica holds a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law as well as a graduate certificate in career development.
Prior to founding Total Talent Design, Jessica was the Director, Attorney Career Development at Fenwick & West. She previously worked as the Director of Programs for the Project for Attorney Retention, and she managed the career development programs at Orrick and Wilson Sonsini.
Jessica L. Hernandez, JD, APC, CPCC
is a certified executive coach and former attorney who partners with her clients to move beyond obstacles to a more fulfilling place in their lives. Jessica practiced corporate law for 11 years in New York City - at an AmLaw 100 firm, a smaller firm, and as in-house counsel at a hedge fund.
She later served as career advisor at Georgetown Law, and then moved to an attorney development position in-house at a major law firm in 2010. Jessica became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach in 2016 and started her own consultancy, JLH Coaching & Consulting, in 2018.
Jessica Natkin and Jessica Hernandez together launched Law Career Center in 2020, through which they offer career transition and outplacement services.
In 2021, Jessica and Jessica co-authored Let's Coach All the Lawyers: An Essential Primer for Professionals Developing Legal Talent (published by NALP).
