Job Description
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking highly motivated, well-qualified mid-level associates (five to seven years of experience) to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice focusing on M&A transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Sophisticated law firm experience on complex corporate or M&A matters;
Managing complex M&A projects and timelines, interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, preparing equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conducting and summarizing legal due diligence in M&A transactions with an emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A;
Must have significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, commercial lenders, and other advisors;
Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements;
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.

At the time of posting, the estimated salary range is $210,000 to $350,000. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity and market data. This range is based on a full-time work schedule.
