Junior/Mid-Level Associate, Litigation

Job Description

Cadwalader’s Charlotte office is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of firm or government experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience in general commercial, securities, M&A- or corporate governance-related, or antitrust litigation; SEC enforcement; or criminal and regulatory investigations. Strong academics and writing skills are a must, and a federal judicial clerkship is a definite plus.
