Job Description

Loeb & Loeb’s Real Estate Investments & Transactions practice group is seeking associates with law firm experience to join its New York office. The ideal candidates will have experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, borrower financing, mezzanine financing, leasing, joint ventures and preferred equity transactions. Experience with distress real estate matters, including workouts, is a plus. Experience drafting documents for such transactions is required.

Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the NY bar.

Salary range: $215,000 to $325,000.
