Associate, Trademark (Health Sciences IP)

Job Description

The Health Sciences Intellectual Property team at Troutman Pepper has an immediate need for a Trademark Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join us in our New York or Pittsburgh offices. Candidates must have prior experience with trademark prosecution, counseling, and protection along with excellent credentials, and stellar written and verbal communication skills. This team works with clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, bioengineering and life sciences fields. Successful applicants will be adaptable, have strong attention to detail and be committed to excellence in practice and the growth of their team.

Candidates must be currently licensed in the U.S. and in good standing in the state they wish to practice, or eligible to waive-in. Additionally, admission to practice in front of the USPTO is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $215,000 – $305,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
