Attorney, Insurance Coverage Litigation

Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Insurance + Reinsurance practice group has an immediate need for an Attorney with 3 to 6 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience in our Atlanta, Los Angeles, Orange County, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Washington D.C. offices.

The ideal candidate has a firm understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, as well as extensive civil litigation experience in the following areas: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, all facets of discovery and discovery motion practice, depositions and court appearances (commensurate with experience level). This practice groups focuses on complex claims and high-exposure coverage matters and coverage litigation.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing ability, maturity and excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $225,000, dependent on years of experience and geographic location.
