Consumer Financial Services Attorney (Atlanta)

Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an Attorney in our Atlanta office. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of litigation experience. Experience with the following is a plus:

• Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state of Georgia.

Troutman Pepper’s Consumer Financial Services practice focuses on a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws, including bank and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing.
