The Corporate department would like to hire an Associate (2-4 years of experience preferred but we will consider any qualified candidate) with excellent academic credentials and law firm/corporate department experience. M&A experience is preferred but Attorneys who also have banking/credit/finance experience will be considered as well.

Salary Range: $195,000 – 245,000, plus full benefits package and discretionary bonus opportunity.
