Mid-Level/Senior Associate, Corporate Securities

Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Securities Senior Associate with 5-7 years of experience managing securities and other corporate transactional matters to join one of our California offices. Ideal candidates must possess strong corporate securities and M&A experience, as well as excellent academic credentials, and superior drafting, research and analytical skills. The salary range for the position of 5-7 Year Associate at Nossaman is $220,000 and $260,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work)
