Member, Real Estate

Cozen O’Connor is looking for a Member to join the Real Estate practice group in Philadelphia or Santa Monica. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate. Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is desired but not required. Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials, together with ability to work in a collaborative environment, are required. No portable business required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten to fifteen years of real estate experience. Applicable bar license required.

For candidates with eight to twelve years of experience, the salary range for the position is $245,000-$310,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
