Our Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation as well as transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context. Experience with drafting policies, employee handbooks, employment contracts, union negotiations, DFEH, EEOC and OSHA regulations, compliance and investigations, and providing sexual harassment avoidance trainings and advice. Familiarity with public agency employers a plus.
The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $122,500 – $180,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
