Qualifications

We have an immediate opening for an associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience. In addition to having strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills as well as significant experience practicing in Oregon, managing discovery, drafting dispositive motions, and handling matters independently. Flexible work arrangements are possible, although the candidate would need to be able to meet with clients in our Bend, Oregon office as needed. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Oregon.
