Associate/Counsel, Real Estate

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate or of counsel with three or more years of commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, and development work. Attorney responsibilities may include negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, documenting and closing commercial real estate transactions, and negotiating and drafting leases and other transactional agreements. The position is located in Birmingham, but we may consider well-qualified applicants wishing to work remotely some or all of the time. This is a terrific opportunity to gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving real estate practice with significant client contact.
