Associate, Product Liability Litigation (Mid-Level/Senior)

Job Description

The Hartford office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking an associate with 2 – 7 years of experience for their Product Liability Litigation practice group. The associate would work on a broad range of complex litigation including product liability, mass tort, class action, and some medical malpractice and commercial litigation matters. We are seeking candidates licensed in Connecticut with litigation experience. Former federal court clerk experience is a definite plus. Candidates should have excellent writing and research skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.

In accordance with applicable law, the annualized salary range for this position is $170,000 – $350,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually.
