Mid-Level Associate, Tax

Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level tax associate with corporate and restructuring transactional experience, including preparation and negotiation of documents and a deep understanding of the relevant tax law. AmLaw 50 experience required. Candidates must be barred in NY or have already applied for admission in NY.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $295,000 to $370,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
