Mid-Level Associate, Bankruptcy & Restructuring

The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a mid-level associate for our Bankruptcy/Restructuring Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant restructuring work experience, including experience with corporate debt restructurings. Candidates with clerkship experience and familiarity with both in-court and out-of-court restructurings as well as excellent credentials are encouraged to apply.
Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $215,000 to $415,000, depending upon class year.
