The Structured Finance practice group is seeking a highly qualified junior-mid level associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in asset-backed securities and securitizations. The practice group is recognized for its work on complex and cutting edge structured finance transactions, development of innovative structures and securitization of new assets.
Associate Base Salary
Discretionary bonuses may be available depending on application circumstances and position.
