Associate, Trademark Litigation (Mid-Level)

Who you are:

• You have 3-5 years of trademark and/or copyright litigation experience including TTAB proceedings.
• You have experience in handling enforcement and takedown matters related to the use of IP on social media platforms.
• You have experience in trademark and/or copyright counseling and USPTO matters.
• You thrive when using your analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.
• You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• You enjoy communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
• You are enthusiastic about working within a team-oriented environment and will contribute to effective team relationships.
• You have an active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.

The salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience, and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
