Mid-Level/Senior Associate, Capital Markets

The Capital Markets group seeks an associate with 4-7 years of experience in corporate finance and securities law to join the Chicago office. Candidates should have experience in sophisticated corporate transactions, corporate and securities law, and corporate governance matters.

This position will require some physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a weekly basis. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
