Mid-Level/Senior Associate, Private Investment Funds

We are looking for mid- to senior-level associates with private fund formation and related experience to join our leading global Private Investment Funds group, comprised of an energetic, interdisciplinary team of over 120 lawyers globally focused on advising leading alternative investment managers and institutional investors, with a particular emphasis on fund formation, portfolio investments, secondary transactions, regulatory, compliance and operational matters. Strong candidates with general corporate experience at top firms will also be considered; fund experience required for senior associate position. Seeking candidates to join either the Boston, Los Angeles or New York offices.

This position will require some physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a weekly basis. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
