Mid-Level Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions

The Boston office of Proskauer is looking for an associate (class years 2017-2020) with sophisticated transactional experience in matters involving private equity, growth equity and mergers and acquisitions. Experience should include general corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private company equity arrangements. High level of academic achievement, substantial deal experience and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required. The candidate must also have experience drafting primary and ancillary transaction documents, and a solid understanding of general corporate representations. Out of town relocations are welcome.

This position will require some physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a weekly basis. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
