Mid-Level Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions

The Los Angeles office of Proskauer is looking for an associate (class years 2017-2020) with sophisticated transactional experience from top-tier law firms. Experience should include general corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Experience in capital markets and corporate governance is also valued. Preferred candidates would also have experience counseling corporate clients on SEC filings, securities law compliance and other similar matters.

This position will require some physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a weekly basis. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $215,000-$415,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
