Labor Management Relations Associate

Proskauer’s premier labor and employment practice is seeking a 3rd – 6th year associate with extensive private sector traditional labor experience including researching, analyzing and briefing issues under the National Labor Relations Act; handling NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings; handling ULPs; handling labor arbitrations; handling union campaigns; negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements and advising regarding contract administration; and advising on labor issues in corporate transactions.

Management side large law firm experience required.

Seeking candidates to join either the Boston, Los Angeles or New York offices.

Salary Range: ​​​​​​​​​​​$260,000 – $420,000
