Position: Entry Level Patent Agent or Technical Analyst – Technology Group
Office: Boston, MA; Washington, D.C.

Ideal Candidate
We have a need for an entry level Patent Agent or Technical Analyst in various offices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in:
- Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
- Contributing to prosecution strategy
- Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- Providing technical support for patent interference and litigation proceedings
Requirements
- Strong technical background in computer science, software, or physics.
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
- USPTO registration is not required.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and, certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Boston, MA annual salary range: $100,000 to $118,000
Washington, D.C. annual salary range: $100,000 to $118,000
