Experience: 2 – 20 Years of Experience
Ideal Candidate
We have a need for a Patent Prosecution Agent in various offices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
- IP strategy and portfolio management
Requirements
- Strong Ph.D.-level background in chemistry, life sciences, or medicine
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential
- USPTO Registration required.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; New York City, NY salary range: $125k – $250k
