Product Liability Litigation Associate

The Miami office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking associates with 3 – 7 years of litigation experience to join our Product Liability Litigation practice group.

Shook Hardy & Bacon is an AmLaw 100 firm and was ranked the Number 1 most active product liability defense firm by Litigation Powerhouse. The roles we are looking to fill would involve staffing on both national and local litigation matters, where an associate would have case management responsibility and would be given opportunities to take and defend depositions and appear in court. Shook, Hardy & Bacon partners are committed to providing mentorship and training to associates to ensure their long-term success at Shook. Eligible candidates must be licensed in Florida, have litigation experience, excellent writing skills, and a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
