Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking an Attorney to work with our Fund Finance team, based in the San Diego office. Candidates should have one to three years of legal experience, and a proven interest in transactional law. Experience or interest in finance is a plus. Recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and superior research and communication skills. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California state bar.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 – $165,000 dependent on years of experience.
