Labor & Employment Attorney

Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Labor & Employment practice group seeks to hire an attorney with 3 to 6 years’ experience in employment litigation matters. The position will be primarily remote, based in our Berwyn, Philadelphia, or Princeton offices, with occasional in-office presence as needed for meetings, depositions and court appearances. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases and ERISA litigation.

Ideal candidates will have an excellent academic background, solid experience defending employment actions in agencies and court, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be licensed in the U.S., with preference given to licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $175,000 dependent on years of experience.
