Troutman Pepper’s Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidates will be barred in Florida, have 3 to 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience, including experience involving mortgage litigation, auto finance litigation, and credit card litigation.

Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Clerkship experience is preferred. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida bar. We will consider candidates resident in other states with Florida bar membership. The Firm requires attorneys to be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live.
