Associate, Real Estate Transactional (Mid-Level)
Job Description
Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 4 – 6 years of real estate transactional experience to join our Los Angeles office to work on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions and projects for numerous publicly traded and private investors and developers, particularly those focused on industrial, healthcare, senior housing, office, resort and mixed-use projects. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and/or finance, but experience in all areas is not required. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
The base salary for this position, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors, ranges from $230,000 – $265,000 plus additional applicable hours-based bonus. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
