Associate, Construction Litigation

Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Construction group is seeking an associate to be based in our Atlanta office. This is an opportunity to represent clients on sophisticated commercial matters, including complex construction projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Ideally, candidates will have 2 to 4 years of commercial or construction litigation experience. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials and stellar written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be in good standing and licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

Troutman Pepper has one of the top Construction practice groups in the country, handling multi-million-dollar trials, and domestic and international arbitrations. Our firm’s experience begins with a strong and deep bench of dedicated professionals. We bring a practical perspective from our backgrounds in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate development, finance, accounting, and insurance that focuses on mediating, arbitrating and trying complex claims arising out of the construction industry.

The salary range for this position is $225,000 – $275,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
