Class Years: 2021 – 2022

Labor and Employment Associate: 2021 or 2022 associate who has worked on employment litigation, including single-plaintiff actions involving discrimination, harassment, as well as employment class actions and wage-and-hour collective actions.

Experience in all (or most) of the following is preferred: responding to demand letters, drafting position statements, preparing and responding to discovery requests, performing eDiscovery; researching and drafting motions and briefs; preparing for witness interviews and/or depositions.

Candidates should also have some experience providing advice and counseling on workplace law issues, including wage and hour, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment and separation agreements, reductions in-force, and employment related policies including reviewing handbooks.

Candidates must have management side law firm experience.
