Job Description – Real Estate Senior Associate/Counsel
LSL is searching for attorneys admitted in New York State who are experienced in commercial leasing and at least three other of the following areas, and interested in gaining experience in others:
- Real property acquisitions and dispositions
- Joint ventures
- Condominiums and cooperatives (Formation, Buy-Sell)
- Real estate litigation
- Construction, design and other professional contracts
- Corporate governance
- Private equity
- Debt and equity structuring
- Mortgage and mezzanine financing
- Real estate development and land use
What you bring to the table
- Demonstrated interest and experience in real estate
- Ability to take ownership and run a transaction from start through completion
- Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity
- Creative and practical lawyering

- Competitive salary and benefits – estimated salary range is $200K-$230K (depending on experience and other factors) plus discretionary bonus and additional incentives based on billable hours
