Job Description

Loeb & Loeb LLP’s Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department is seeking an associate or senior counsel with complex commercial real estate lending experience. The Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department handles complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide, including mortgage and mezzanine lending, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and distressed situations across various asset classes (e.g., office, retail, industrial, life science, hospitality, multifamily, etc.). Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in representing lenders in commercial real estate lending transactions at a big law firm and excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $285,000 – $340,000
