Associate, Antitrust (Junior/Mid-Level/Senior)

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified attorney to join our Antitrust practice. Candidate must have experience in analyzing transactions for competition issues and merger control filing requirements, especially with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) Act and implementing Rules, including HSR experience with substantive analysis, procedural issues, and filing logistics. Antitrust experience in advocacy before the DOJ and FTC, and in technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions, are a plus. Qualified associate candidates at all class levels are encouraged to apply.
