Senior Associate, Business Litigation (California)

Job Description

Troutman Pepper’s Business Litigation practice group is seeking as Associate barred in Hawaii and California to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of state and federal court litigation experience, including experience involving product liability, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, arguing discovery motions, and preparing for and participating in trials and arbitration hearings. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Clerkship experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $305,000 – $380,000 dependent on years of experience.
