Mid-Level, Litigation Associate

We have an immediate opening for an associate with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic litigation practice. Experience in municipal civil litigation is required, and the ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and have interest in litigating fees, assessments, and taxes under Proposition 218 and Proposition 26, as well as civil writs under sections 1085 and 1094.5 of the California Code of Civil Procedure. In addition to having strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will take initiative in the handling of litigation matters and have excellent writing and analytical skills as well as experience taking and defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions.

This position may be based in any of our southern California offices. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 4 or more years of experience is $127,000 – $180,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
