Qualifications
The Real Estate practice group is seeking a highly qualified associate with at least two years of experience in complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings. The Real Estate Practice Group is a dynamic group that has a broad practice representing a diverse group of clients which include private equity and investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITS, financial institutions and other institutional investors. Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills are critical and the successful candidate will understand and appreciate the business of real estate investing.
Discretionary bonuses may be available depending on application circumstances and position.
